Need Suggestion on appropriate course or certification?

Hi,

I am having more than 3 Years of experience in technical support in Widows & Linus both operating system. However, I thinking to change my domain or to improve my technical skills. I am more of interested towards web services,application development ,deployment,troubleshooting and configuration,basic knowledge of scripting, basic knowledge of database, basic knowledge of Java and c++.

Kindly suggest any certification or program which meets my requirement and how to approach?
