Unable to create new wiki page as well as edit existing wiki pages

Question
-
We have migrated the wiki site from SP2010 to SP2016 platform through content attach-dettach method.
We have used 2013 as intermediate platform during migration.
Now when site is migrated on SP2016, we are not able to create/save new wiki page as save button are disabled as wll as button which used to be there as 'Save', 'Cancel' at bottom are also not there while creating wiki page on SP2016.
While createing/editing wiki page, RAD control is not rendering.
Also if we want to edit the existing wiki page, we are not able to edit the page and save it. Hence we are not able to edit the content inside wiki page.
Can anyone suggest the cause for it?
