Web Parts Display Issue - C# RRS feed

    Using VS 2005, .NET 2.0 and both SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2005 Express.

    I have a web form: 

    Contains: Web Part Manager, Catalog Zone, 2 webpart zones, 1 drop down with Browse, Edit, Catalog and Design selections and an Editor Zone with Appearance and Layout.  Selection of Edit should display the Editor Zone.  Nothing displays.  Any ideas.
