Getting Microsoft Dev Team to Answer a Post

  (my 3rd try--not sure why my first posts didnt go through?)...I have a question.  I am new to forums.  I have asked a question in the Commerce Server 2009 forum about the Commerce Foundation APIs for which I have not received an acceptable answer.  I have received some useful work-arounds from the user community for which I am very thankful but I would still like to hear from the Commerce Server Team about Commerce Foundation.  How do I get them to read/reply to my post(s)?  I see they enter the forum from time to time and review posts, mark posts as answered, etc.  Is there a marking I put on my post that alerts them that I'm waiting to hear from them or how do I get to read my post?  Pls.advise.  Thank you.
