Some users doesn't associating in meeting from Outlook RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have really strange problem when creating meeting in Outlook and track it on CRM then:

    1) Create new meeting in Outlook

    2) Add new Required person from CRM address book - Users

    3) Track meeting and set regarding

    4) Synchronize with CRM via Dynamics extension

    Result:

    When I open meeting in CRM, some users aren't associated with records in Users entity and you can see only their e-mail address. You can see error message below:

    The sender, or one or more recipients, could not be resolved to a record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

    The problem is in CRM, because appears on every machine with outlook.

    The problem appears on same users everytime.

    Users doesn't have same email address like any record on other entities (I made search of string on entire database).

    Users are set up same like other users and have validated email address.

    Version of Outlook: 2010/2013

    Version of CRM: Dynamics 2011 on-premise

    In Dynamics CRM Settings > System Settings > Email tab, do you have the following option set to Yes?

  • Thank you for reply, but we don't want to use this option, because it won't solve problem at all.

    We have problem with association existing user in Outlook CRM address book with existing user in CRM.
