The same thing happened to me. I have done everything possible but I get either access denied or permission denied. My copy of Vista is genuine, the product key is the one attached to my computer that I bought from the store!

This article was just what I needed but the date on it is March 15. I gather this fix hasn't gotten into any of the hotfixes to date. Will this be in FP 1?
