Setting Camera Motion manually, before images are read in RRS feed

    Is there a way to change the ICE default behaviour of using Automatic Camera Motion when the images are loaded - one can always change it afterwards, but with many images, when I know what camera motion model I want to use, that may be wasteful sometimes, when ICE decides on a different mode.

    This is only possible in structured panorama.  The control to do this is in the bottom right of the window.
