Unable to download or purchase Certificates RRS feed

    Hello I have passed 72-680 TS: Windows 7, Configuration on 11 Feb 2013 and today i have successfully passed 72-640 Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuring but still i am unable to see my windows 7 certificate yet. Can anyone tell me exact that how long it will take to be appear in the download or purchase tab in my microsoft profile ? currently when ever i click over Download or Purchase tab in my microsoft profile a message appears (

    One of my classmate have already got his Windows 7 certificate after 48 hours.. can anyone tell me whats wrong with me and people who are facing this problem ?

    Hi,

    It can take up to two weeks for Microsoft to receive and process your exam records. If it has been more than two weeks since you took your exam, and the results still do not appear on your transcript, or if you notice any other problems, contact the Regional Service Center nearest you.

    Most importantly, check back to Prometric site and make sure that status changes to "Pass" and you are safe.
