new user not provisioning CRM 2013 online RRS feed

  • I've just added my 14th user to CRM and did not have a problem added any before today.  When I added the new user today, on the office365 portal he is listed as a user, the dashboard continually says provisioning new subscription and on the CRM admin user page, that user is not listed either as disabled or enabled.
