    When I try to launch any default application (such as Xbox, store, news) they just showing me that they loading all the time or crush with error. My computer has inténet connection

    I'd ask in the Windows forum on Microsoft Community.

    Hello,

    The Windows Desktop Perfmon and Diagnostic tools forum is to discuss performance monitor (perfmon), resource monitor (resmon), and task manager, focusing on HOW-TO, Errors/Problems, and usage scenarios.
