Error Code WL0130

  Error code WL0130.

   

  Here's my story. i cannot access the internet in normal mode on my computer. i can through safe mode however. i can access my wife's desktop in safe mode but cannot in normal mode. i cannot access liveone care at all in either mode. it will not instal due to the WL0130 Error code
