Is this Windows Live Onecare Support? & if so, here's my problem.

Question
-
I reinstalled onecare after the firewall suddenly and with no explanation stopped working. The firewall repair tool did not fix it and I was forced to uninstall/reinstall. After reinstalling, onecare will not even start up.
I get this error message: The Windows Live OneCAre is not working or has been stopped. To correct this problem, try restarting your computer. If the problem persists, contact support.
Restarting doesn't do anything.
So, since I can't find a text support phone number:
1) Is this "support"?
2) If so, how do I fix this problem. I am a paying subscriber, btw...Monday, February 4, 2008 7:26 PM

There are moderators here, but we're not here 24x7, though it can feel that way sometimes!
I'm sorry you've encountered problems, most likely due to the update that was just rolled out to version 2.0.2500.22.
Support can be reached per the first link in my other reply, but there are also other tools you can try and information on how to resolve startup problems due to services not being started properly.
