Whitelist sender on Email Router RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

CRM 2015 won't process some of my emails as they are detected as spam (I had to move them to another folder than inbox for Email router to process emails again)

I'm using 0365 accounts for the CRM queues.

Can I white-list the sender in anyway so CRM email router knows is safe to process?

  • The email router does not have any spam filtering.  Something else is going on.  The email router processes all email according to the configuration and rules you've setup using the Email Router Deployment Manager, forward mailbox, etc.  It is possible that Exchange is taking some action but it is not the email router.

Use the "Vote" option if the reply was helpful and "Answer" option if it answered your question. Thank you for helping others find helpful and answered posts!
