    I have been using this for several months and it works great. However, twice now I have joined a session, then I was giving control of the other user's 'entire desktop.' But after about 2 hours, control was lost without warning! Is there a time limit? Does the user who initiated the session need to provide input periodically? I am using this for tech support, so often the user gives me access and then is absent while I do my work on their PC.

     

    Please help!
