Hello PEACEandLOVE,
You appear to have installed the Windows 7 Beta. Microsoft does not provide support for Beta software, but I can tell you that the problem you are experiencing appears to be that you have not yet activated that copy of Windows 7.
Please see the Windows 7 Beta FAQs at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/beta-faq.aspx
Specifically, you will want to go to the "Downloading & installing" section of the FAQ and follow the directions found under "What's a product key and why do I need one?"
