Mask in address1_postalcode composite in Account form RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi everyone

I am trying to apply a mask in zip code (00000-000) of Account form, but the address1_postalcode is not in my form, is in a native composite address.

How can I create a onChange event in address1 composite in Account/Contact form?

    Thanks in advance

    Carlos

Answers

  • you can't create an onchange event on the composite field.

the altenative is to add the zip code as separate field in the form, or apply the mask after the save with a synchronous plugin or workflow.

  • Thanks for your reply Guido, and excellent idea . I added the address1_postalcolde in the Account form, unchek the "Visible by default" option, and added a onChange event with the mask. Perfect.
