Issue With License Keys

Question
-
All,
Please see attached diagnostics. Please let me know what is wrong. I can guess the answer but want to hear officially. What is glaring is that in the report it says non-genuine but I want to double check either way. I'm of the belief I got scammed. The company we purchased from no longer has a website and the phone number listed in their receipt is disconnected.

The installed Product Key is of the MSDN type - and only valid if you hold a subscription account with Microsoft.
Since the company you purchased the 'licenses' from appears to no longer exist, you should see what MS can do for you by way of assistance, but you may find it's actually cheaper to purchase new OEM licenses (and disks) from reputable suppliers.
