Why can I no longer access my Microsoft Office Picture Manager that had come along with my Office 2007?

Question
-
My licensed Office Home and Student 2007 had given me a program called Office Picture Manager when installed for the first time. A few days back my hard disk was affected badly by virus and I had to reload Windows 2007 Professional 64 Bit and my Office. After the reloading I find the Picture Manager to be missing.
Your support page guided me to run a genuine advantage software and copy and paste the report on a new post. I am therefore pasting it here from my clipboard. Please mail back your retrieval information on my email registered here. Thanks.
