Instructors Resources to train a class in 70-647 MS Server Admin II

I am an instrctor at International Academy of Design & Technology (IADT) and I am searching for the Instructor resources for the Training kit Exam #70-647 - Microsoft Server 2008 Administration II. I am looking for the PowerPoint presentations for the class and if posible the ExamView TestBanks to preopare a sample test.

Is there a way for instructors to obtain the materials? (PowerPoint presentations, ExamView TestBanks)

If you are a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) you can download them from the courseware library. If you aren't an MCT then I don't think you are authorized to teach the class and it would be technically illegal for someone to give you the PowerPoint slides for the class.
