  • Dear All,

    Could you please fix the logo generator. When I push Build, there is an error:

    "An Error has occured while building your logo, if the problem persists please contact support."

    Moreover, there is no link to click to contact support, which seems really... strange.

    More... I cannot add the picture here... Which is REALLY strange...

  • I just tried logging in to the site this morning and I can log in and use the tool successfully! (January 15, 8AM US Eastern time zone)

  • @Pedro: Thanks for the input, but it didn't work for me.

    It appears I can create some logos. The one I am trying: a MS Specialist with the four specialities I have earned, doesn't work. It just hangs at step 3 "Generating Logo". If I only select one speciality, it comes through. I can also create a MCSA logo with both specialitites I have, but it is a lot smaller with less text. Is it the size of the logo? Maybe the background machinery is overloaded and the job times out?

    Ironically, the latest Specialist I earned is about Azure infrastructure, where it is easy to scale up as the processor load increases. The procedure was even asked in the test! Perhaps the logo builder should be migrated to Azure? ;o)
