We are currently in the process of setting up Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Online and I am having some issues configuring the Email Router. Both our CRM and Exchange instances are hosted in the cloud and I am receiving the following message when attempting
the test my access on the Forward Mailbox I have created.
Incoming Status: Failure - The specified object was not found in the store. Verify that the specified user credentials have Receive permission on the target mailbox. Error: ErrorItemNotFound
The Outgoing Status is showing as Succeeded. I have a feeling this is due to the GAL the mailbox is looking at but I am not sure. Assistance is required.
