I need to change the email address for my Windows Live ID account

I no longer have access to my windows live id email address (it is not hotmail). How can I change it to a .gmail account?

Try using Site Feedback button at the very bottom of the page and send your problem there.

Regarding following Naomi's instructions... essentially what they can do is they can swap the Live IDs on two profiles for you.

Oh, and the "Site Feedback" link doesn't exist in the TechNet branding, so just remove ".technet" from the URL.
