We don’t see many Loaders in Vista!Your BIOS SLIC table does not match the motherboard manufacturer – the SLIC is for a Dell machine, while the motherboard is a Hewlett Packard – the Key is also from a Hewlett Packard. For what version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?

Please remove the picture, it's up to you to make thigs out, and the Key will be stolen if you leave it up.
Can you make out the Key properly? If so, try entering it in the Change Product Key link in the System properties page.

(OEM_SLP Keys rely on the BIOS SLIC table to self-activate).Someone has loaded a non-genuine copy of Windows onto this machine and attempted to force activation using a Loader program to forge the BIOS SLIC table. Unless you know the Loader used and how it works, the only way to correct that problem is to reinstall the original Operating System using the proper Hewlett Packard recovery media. If you don’t have access to the proper media either in the system Recovery partition on the hard drive, or previously created on DVD, then you should contact HP and order a set of disks for your machine.(See your manual for instructions of System Recovery)

so this is a case of non-genuine software?and i have to reinstall the os againFriday, September 30, 2011 12:09 PM
-
again, please remove the picture!
Unless you can decipher the Product Key from the sticker, your only option is a reinstall using the proper recovery media - or purchasing a new retail license for windows from a reputable store.
In deciphering the Key from the stcker, remember that some characters are not allowed (0 and O among then - use Q instead) and that others are easy to confuse at the best of times. A bright light and a magnifier help a lot (from personal experience!)
