It has been a long time already (at least one year or two) that my laptop faces update failures that began with Microsoft Security Essential. No special reason, then the problem affected Windows Update more generally. But I succeed hardly in keeping up to
date. I have never notice the Microsoft Genuine that popped up in the bottom right corner of the system window. My version of windows is said to be activated but I don't understand why there would be any problem with my version of windows... I have bought
this laptop in a respectable website (priceminister.com) so I do believe that my version is a genuine one...
I tried many "Fix it" solutions, whether for Windows Update, Windows Activation, and many other but nothing works. I have never removed/changed/installed another OS on this laptop. So I would be very happy to be helped in finding a solution to
this 0x80072EE2 error. Please find a diagnostic report in the following code block.
