    Just installed OneCare and I like it so far.  I am having a problem with network programs causing GPF when being blocked.  I am working thru it by allowing the programs as I find them, but finding them is a problem. I was able to allow our corporate mainframe application thru but it won't let me print which may be a different application.  Is there a log so I can identify it so I can add it to the list?  I have had helpdesk on the phone most of the day and would like to solve problems on my own.

  • Open OneCare, click on Change Settings. On the Logging tab, place a check mark next to the line about including detailed firewall logging.

    Create a support log, which will open in your browser, from that same dialog and you may find the information you are looking for.

    What kind of printer and how is it attached to the PC or network?
