My status as been at risk for the last 5 day’s I'm desperately trying to recover my account

I’ Phillip Heslop formerly phillip.heslop@thestocktakers .com

    ID: 00060000A0E916E8

    phillip.heslop@hotmail.com

This all started some 6 months having lost my domain thestocktakers.com   after unsuccessfully making changers from thestocktakers.com to my hotmail address

Paying you twice 07th March 08 £37.99 and 10th Dec 07£ 37.99 by PL StockAuditors & Valuers Ltd

This is my 3rd attempt to resolve these issues with you, how my OneCare is on red with 10day’s before subscribing after trying to resolve it by uninstalling followed by reinstalling

I have to say there website is not very straight forward, I feel has if I’m being duped

  • If your OneCare account was activated with a LiveID that was your old email address, that doesn't change the fact that the LiveID is your subscription LiveID. A subscription cannot be transferred. However, it sounds like you then subscribed a second time, perhaps with your Hotmail account.

If you have an active subscription, which is what was created when you activated on the first computer, you need to use the same LiveID on the subsequent activations. If you are arriving at a screen to purchase or provide a token, you are likely not using the same LiveID as the subscription ID.

If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate with.

If the activation dialog already contains a LiveID from a prior attempt or one used in trial mode, but this is not the one you need to activate with to associate it with your subscription, see this post for how to reset this - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2776450&SiteID=2

For more information see Instant Help - http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=onecarev2&mkt=en-us&querytype=topic&query=OneCare_PROC_FindLiveIDHelp.htm

    And, check your email.
