How to set null or empty value in Portable business logic/Business Rule for specific field. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I would like to set null value for specific field using Business Rules concept in CRM 2013.

    If i set blank value it do not allow me to save the action as shown below.

    Any suggestion on this.

  • appears to be one of the limitations of Business Rules.. Check if you can do so by assigning it to another field that is null. If it works then you could have a field only for this purpose. Not a clean solution but should work.. Javascript is certainly a better alternative to this.
