    When I open a case I want to copy the comments from another entity into it.  how can i do this?

    ... or use the mapping on the relationship from your other entity to case ..... or pick-up values using a web service call ..... that is 3 different options ... your user scenario would decide which one is best for you ....

     You can call IFrame and load the comments of that entity / page.
