    Hi all,

    we are having issue that when we Go to Settings, Document Management and click on Document Management Settings.Then we choose Account and the status just keeps spinning.We have let it run for couple of hours,but doesnt seem to go no where.

    It does not give any error,so wondering how we can start and troubleshoot this?

    On sharepoint side,we can already see it installed and also considered to install a newer version,but not sure what will happen with the old installation?
