    trying to reactivate windows after computer shop fixed it, the key on the back of my computer won't work (25 digit pass key)  any help would be greatly appreciated

  • Click "Start", go to "Run", type in "oobe/msoobe /a" and press Enter.


    Note: there is a space between "msoobe" and "/a".


    2. The Activation window should appear.
    3. Please follow the activation instructions that appear on your screen to activate the Windows system.
