I am currently migrating Activities from vTiger into CRM 4.
I have rather a lot of old emails in the vTiger system that I want to bring across as History. I have set up the migration but I want to check whether I'll be sending a lot of emails by clicking the Migrate button?
Can anyone clarify how the Migration Manager handles email activity imports?
Do I need a dummy column to set the email as sent or inactive or something or is a vanilla migration fine and smart enough not to send every email that I import?
I was going to chicken out and convert the emails into Tasks!
