MCSE SharePoint Certification doesn't list seperate exams on transcript

Question
-
Hi,
We have two people that completed the MCSE SharePoint Charter certification which includes exams 346, 347, 331 and 332.
On their transcript it simply shows "SharePoint (*Charter)" and doesn't list the individual exams.
Consequently, when they associated with our company, they don't show up as correctly qualified for the Silver and Gold competencies we aspire to.
Why is this ? And how do we solve it ? These people HAVE taken the exams, but the roll up of these into the Charter status does not make them visible on the transcript. It used to be the case that individual exams showed up and not Charter. The change in the listing now causes issues because it "appears" someone is not qualified when in fact they are...
Many Thanks
Kelvin

Hi Kevin,
When the remark "Charter" is listed behind certification on the transcript then that means that they achieved this certification within the first 6 months after the initial release of the exam:
You can find the exams that are required for MCSE on SharePoint here:
https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcse-sharepoint-certification.aspx
Note: you might want to open that link in Chrome, through IE many MS links report an error.
On the transcript the top section lists the certification and below the certifications there is the list of exams that have been passed.

Hi Danny,
I understand what Charter is - that's not the issue. My point is that on an individuals transcript it does NOT show the exams that they took in the certification exams section of the transcript. For example I have a staff members that achieved both SharePoint 2013 Charter AND MCSE Windows Server 2012 Charter. In order to achieve the latter he needed to pass exams 410, 411 and 412... BUT these exams are not listed in the exams section of the transcript which is VERY confusing.
From a partner perspective is this a regular issue, by design, or just a glitch in this case. I've seen it with another person I interviewed who also had Charter status listed on the transcript, but again the relevant exams required to achieve that status did not appear on his transcript.
Thanks
Kelvin
