    Today I received an email from Microsoft reminding me to update my school's application from one year ago for Windows 2000 cd and licenses for our donated computer systems. Yet they never sent me any licenses or a cd. Periodically they send me email stating that I will receive a response to my inquiries about the application status, yet I never have.

    Does anyone know if the program is still valid? It would really help my school. We have some nice donated government computers, but they have Windows 98 COA stickers.

    It is very frustrating that Microsoft has this time-wasting website if they are not going to honor it. They should take it down, or respond to applicants.
