Subscription to One Care not up til Feb 2010 RRS feed

    Help,
    I have tried many times to re-install Windows Live One Care as it stopped working, but it shows that my subscription is not active, but it does not expire until Feb, 2010.  Help, what can I do?

    You have to activate One Care after reinstalling. To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password associated with your subscription and One Care will activate.
