I have not heard any plans to release any new exams for CRM 2011. It is highly unlikely: to the best of my knowledge, Microsoft has never released new exams for current versions before and CRM 2011 will be superseded by a new version, codenamed "Orion",
later in 2013 so it's likely that the training and certifications team are preparing for that. Could you direct me to your source?
There are plenty of training materials available for the existing set of CRM 2011 exams, including a book I wrote last year.
