Credit for my first wiki article?

Question
-
I submitted my first wiki article and in doing so I ran into an error. I created a post for it here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/7ae8ab1f-af9f-4276-a664-bac6d5902753/trying-to-submit-a-wiki-article-but-getting-an-error
I was able to find the article and fix my problem so that the article could be posted. The article edits now show under my Acticity feed.
However, with the error I was prevented in receiving any badges and associated points. As well, the New Articles count in the TechNet Wiki section under My Profile did not increment from zero to 1.
Is there anything that can be done to associate this article with my profile?
Thanks - Ken

Today I created my second Wiki article.
As a first step I created a post with a title, 3-4 short paragraphs, a sub heading and the article tags. There were no pictures uploaded yet.
I clicked Save. After a while the site timed out and I got a 500 Server Error. The article was saved but once again I did not receive credit for another Wiki article!
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? And also if there is a way to get credit now for 2 Wiki articles?
Thanks!

Thanks Dave. I have sent an email. I will let everyone know, once they respond, if this is a viable route to resolve these kinds of issues.Monday, April 27, 2015 5:36 PM

The email fissues at microsoft dot com recommended by @Karl worked for me. I was not able to get credit for previous wiki articles but I discovered some things I can adjust for the future.
