  • Question

  • Hi, I bought a new Computer which came installed with the vista student and home addition.

    I did not validate this.

I then installed my new Vista Ultimate package which was validated as shown Diagnostic Report (1.7.0039.0):

My problem came when I wanted to use a template in my excel, and it went through the validation process.

The message was: validation failed on the student and home version.

    What do I do now?

    Thanks!
