proxy server address, proxy server port required to launch my lab?

  when I try to launch my lab in my e-learning courses ( WPF e-learning courses) I get a message that requires proxy server address, proxy server port, username, password   as shown in the picture in the following link

  I am the admin of my pc but I don't know the required fields
  
  I asked some of my friends who tried before e-learning courses but the told me they didn't experience that
  
  please tell me what I should do
