PXE-E53: No Boot FileName Received Message RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using Windows SBS2003 and had an Array failure (In a Raid 5 configuration). I restored the failed state (using the array configuration tool) and I am getting an optimal state for the array. But when I tried rebooting the message below appeared.

    Client  Mac ADDR: ** ** ** ** ** ** GUID ******** **** **** **** ************

    PXE-E53: No Boot Filename Received
    PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM

Although I am not sure if the array failure caused this, I cannot reboot the server, everytime I try I get the above message and it just keeps rebooting. Any ideas what I can do to solve this problem.

I would appreciate all the help I can get.

    Thank you
