  You can get certified as "Programming in C# Specialist" by taking exam 70-483:

  http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/Exam.aspx?ID=70-483

  On this page, read the list "Skills Measured", ensure that you are knowledgeable about all the topics, and then go to www.prometric.com/microsoft and follow the instructions to sign up for the exam.

  It is really the greatest thing that you are interested to learn programming and want to make a career in IT field. If you want to become Microsoft certified then you have to first pass the Microsoft certification exam to receive a certificate of Web programmer.
