hi,
Is there any built-in ticketting tools available in MS crm 4.0, that a customer can use to raise a problem token...???
how can we provide communication between the customer and the CRM administrator???

I think yours is IFD connection so modify the Connection Type = Online

Thank you so-much, for ur info Amol,
But being newbyee I am confused in connecting the tool.. even in the document there is no clear picture adout connection.,
what are the mandatory things to be filled in the connection dialog box,.
I tried to use my crm url ID and my system admin password.. it is not working,. what is the exact procedure to be followed on connection..,

I did it but still i m getting the error "connection could not be made. Please confirm your connection information"

Hi Amol, please help..
I am done with setting up IFD configuration and the DNS is resolved, now i want to access my crm 4.0 outside our organisation.. using internet explorer..
but when i type "https://<organisation>.domain.com" in a web browser it is showing an error..
"1. hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2. there's no such domain registered"i should get crm 4.0 website accessible from internet,
