How to enable and use delegation in Project Server 2013 RRS feed

    We're starting to experiment with Project Server 2013.  Installing it standalone on Windows Server 2012 turned out to be a rather unfortunate adventure (mostly SharePoint problems), but finally it's up and running. 

    I'm trying to configure it to match how we use our current PS2010, and can't find delegation.

    I did find a link (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg597681.aspx) but I'm not having any luck actually following the instructions.  Where is "Server Settings" from the PWA home page?  I'll assume it's actually "PWA Settings", but once there, where is the "Security Section", and PWA Permissions?  I've looked from two fully privileged accounts, no luck so far.  Thanks in advance for any help.

    the Security Section is under PWA Settings. How ever it went from the left upper to the right lower part of the web page.

    Did you install Project Server or SharePoint Permission Mode? If you installed SharePoint Permission Mode, delegation is not available: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/fp161361.aspx

    The default security setting doesn't do DELEGATION.   If you want to use DELEGATION, then you need to switch security model to Project Server using Powershell.

    That was the answer, Renke, thanks.  I installed using the OOB default SP permission mode, and switching it over to ProjectServer mode did the trick.  We have found that delegation was one of the most useful improvements in Project Server 2010; I'm surprised it isn't available as a default in PS2013.
