Hi Samuel,
CRM 2013 does not allow to import the version of CRM 2015.
So you have only one way, You have to manually done customization on CRM 2013 onpemise version.
And for future use, You can generate another Organization on your on premise version for development and then deploy on live environment as managed or unmanaged solution.

Thanks for the reply.
But there are so many changes like forms, scripts, plugins
atleast is there any way to move forms like by updating xml's instead of solution?
i am just trying to figure out the easy way?

there is no easy way. Your best bet would be to upgrade the on-premises CRM system to 2015.

We already did upgrading 2015 onpremise. But still it is not working.
From 2015 onwards the solution versioning is 7.x.x.x
but for 2013 it is 6.X.x.x.
I think it is not possible to import 2015 solution to 2013

Correct, you can't import a 2015 solution to 2013. you need to upgrade the 2013 CRM to 2015 to import the solution.
