Magnifier settings are Huge RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought a new Windows 7 OS enabled PC. The magnifier settings for some reason, is very huge.

    The magnifier was enabled.

In my PC, when I accidentally enabled the magnifier, (i.e. Windows key + '+' Key), the magnifier gets started, and the resolution is huge, I only see the HELP word in my entire 15.6 inch screen. The arrow pointer itself occupies half the screen.

I do not know what settings in Magnifier controls it.

The only way to get out of this, is to press "Ctrl+alt+del", then disable magnifier using the "Ease of Access" icon and also disable the magnifier display (using the Magnifier window's X sign). Here the magnifier is set to 100%.

It looks a BUG in the magnifier tool.

Please let me know how to fix this.

I also permanently disabled magnifier, using another response given in the forum. But would like an answer to my query, as I might accidentally enable it since WIndows key is right next to function key
