This is me venting!
I really hate that after paying $325.00 for my HTC Mogul that the Windows Live will not synchronize my email, and after reading many posts of other users with the same issue that Microsoft has apparently dropped the ball. I have to do Hard Resets everytime the error message "Synchronization Failed" appears (my MSN email doesn't get pushed anymore), then, it will work for about two weeks, and the cycle starts all over again. I have waited for Microsoft to deliver a fix, but I guess I am just a sucker (I have had this phone since early August).
So, I have learned my lesson, that until I see this issue fixed (and, other fixes that are posted) I will stay away from purchasing another PPC. I may be looking at other PDAs (other OS) in my future purchases.
