Hello friends

I want to know how to submit a blog in yahoo and live.com ?bloggers have no root directory,so how to crawl the site?

Hi,

If you are talking about crawling the site, we will crawl it when we find it. If you are talking about using webmaster tools, our only options currently are either using Meta tags or an xml file.
