Incident form is Blank RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    When i open the Incident record from the grid, the incident form is blank and even ribbon also not showing.

    But the logged in user's security role  is having Organization level access for incident.

    I am not getting what might be the issue. Kindly help me in this regards.

    Yes the user have Organization permission for Case. 

    I created new security role and gave required permissions, then i went with this work around to server my purpose.

  • We started having the same/similar problem this morning.  Opening a case form is blank, the controls on the page are usually not there ("new" "save" "resolve" etc). Sometimes the controls are there, but clicking on them does nothing. The users have permissions to the cases.  Did you discover what caused your issue?
