  • Your MGA Report indicates the Windows 7 license is genuine.  Perhaps you should install a good security system, such as Microsoft Security Essentials if you currently have none.

(Windows was pre-installed). Would you let me know if the information below appears to be correct? My concern is that through a virus or intentional, my OS has been highjacked and being used on multipile unknown computers. I appreciate your consideration.I have not received an error message.

    Thank you.

No matter what the MGADiag tool says about your OS (and this report indicates 'genuine'), if you are infected with a virus or malware, then your system is at risk.

First ensure that the problem isn't malware-related.
download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware www.malwarebytes.org and update it, and run a full scan (DO NOT enable the Real-Time protection option!).
    Delete everything it finds.
    Run CHKDSK and SFC scans
Then repost your problem in a more appropriate forum - the Answers System Repair forum here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-system
