Microsoft Management Console has stopped working

Recently i am trying to use firewall on control panel, and when ever i am in the advanced security and trying to click on the inbound rule/ outbound rules the Microsoft management console will just appear and said has stopped and need to close. Anyone can help help me means a really big help ty in advance :)
