    I have Lumia 640XL LTE and I can't get update. I'm using Upgrade Advisor and after update check I get this message: 

    Good news. Your phone is eligible for upgrade to Windows 10. We are working with your mobile operator and phone manufacutere to make upgrade available...I'm on T-Mobile Croatia, but the phone is country variant. Bought in Croatia but it's made for Polish market. Why can't I get update?

    Hello WarpigHR.

    Check for the update's availability on regular basis and contact T-Mobile customer support in order to get information about the availability of Windows 10: as the message stated, the mobile carrier must deliver the update on its network for it to be available over the air, thus making it discoverable and downloadable by your phone.
